LDP manages all the projects/programs according to the ISO quality and pmbok standards.

LDP dedicates an integrated project team leaded by a project manager for every achieved order; the above-mentioned team consists of design and stress engineers, checker eng., config. & product data mgmt eng. and, if necessary, a dedicated quality engineering.

LDP performs all the project activities according to the following procedures instructions and tools:

  • joint analysis of the work scope in accordance with the customer, regarding both technical and economical items, during a "common phase";
  • master phase planning with related work breakdown structure and resources breakdown structure;
  • design reviews;
  • project/program reviews, formally acted during periodical follow-up meetings in front of a Steering Committee in order to outline time, costs and quality state-of-the-art;
  • corrective/recovery actions plan.
